Recipes for Relief nominated for 10th Annual “Bucky Award” by Santa Clara University

At the end of the 2022 - 2023 academic year, Recipes for Relief was nominated for Santa Clara University’s “Bucky Awards.” The Bucky Awards recognize student projects and initiatives that have made significant contributions to campus, local community, and embody Jesuit values of service to others during the academic year. Recipes for Relief was invited to the 10th Annual Bucky Awards Ceremony, hosted by the SCU Center for Student Involvement. We thank Santa Clara University and the student body for your support our program.

Recipes for Relief named in JW House 2022 - 2023 Impact Report

Recipes for Relief is proud be a part of JW House's post-pandemic Expanded Wellness Program and support its mission of providing a holistic approach to healing. We are happy to give a helping hand to families navigating medical crises and back a meaningful local cause.

2024 Update:

Recipes for Relief formally joins Santa Clara University

Recipes for Relief is pleased to announce that our project will join the “Santa Clara Community Action Program (SCCAP)” and become a fully-funded student volunteer program at Santa Clara University. With this milestone, we look forward to becoming a long-term volunteer project at Santa Clara University and having a more sustained presence within the South Bay Area patient community.

Beginning in the 2024 - 2025 academic year, please follow SCCAP for all volunteer information and sign-ups.
